Open Question: my sisters been laying in bed for 2 weeks with migraine,throwing up, and high fever what do i do?

our parents died in wreck and im 26 and shes 15 and shes living with me. im the god mother. she has been laying in bed for about 2 weeks puking and high fever with migraine. she just moved from nevada to live with me in ny and doctor offices arnt open and we don't have her a doc here yet anyways. when she throws up its dark and green. i looked at her eyes and her right pupil is way dialated. should i take her to doc or see if it passes. or take her ton. well i havent took her bc i have been working, and im new to taking care of her i don't have kids of my own yet...
